My Week 2 video of our ministry in Jaco is on my Facebook page now!
We have been a part of a bunch of different projects that partner with and serve the city government and local church here in Jaco! I will make a few more videos while we are here in Jaco (we will live here for one more month) but in an effort to be super present and not want to spend half a day on my day off beyond frustrated with WiFi (or lack thereof) I will be spacing these video updates out more. I’m glad these two videos so far give y’all an idea of the where, the who, the what, how, etc. My words could never encapsulate what these videos show y’all. Let these videos stand as a basis for the updates to come!
THANK YOU for your prayers! They are so important! God is on the move in and through us and its an honor to do this work. I would specifically love prayers for rest, intimacy with the Lord found in alone time, and leading out of an overflow. I am an extrovert, yes, but I need time alone to recharge, especially when it comes to my time hanging out just me and the Lord, and when 30+ people live under the same roof it can be hard to cultivate. We are about to receive 20 more people in the house so while there are 50+ people under one roof I will need to protect the moments of alone time I can find. I’m learning and am soooo thankful for your prayers!
